LEAP - Local Authorities Environmental Management System and Procurement
The LEAP project is co-funded by the European Commission and aims at providing a series of practical tools to assist public authorities in implementing sustainable procurement and integrating it with existing environmental management systems. The project also explores the possibilities offered by international joint procurement to promote the market for greener products.
