About

ICLEI, the Provincial and City Councils of Barcelona, the LEAP Project Consortium, the International Green Purchasing Network (IGPN), the Catalan Government and the Spanish Ministry for the Environment joined forces to present an exciting event that served to deepen and widen the commitment to adopt sustainable procurement practices and to pick up the pace of local, regional and national actions.

The Conference promoted exchange amongst local government purchasers in particular, but also purchasers from regional and national governments and from the private sector. EcoProcura® Barcelona fostered a dialogue amongst suppliers, policy and decision-makers, multipliers, and offered the latest information on practical solutions for implementing sustainable procurement.
